Smart Choice Public Adjuster LLC was founded by a former desk adjuster who worked directly for multiple insurance companies, handling property damage claims on their behalf. Through years of firsthand experience inside the claims process, it became clear that policyholders were often not receiving the level of service, advocacy, or fairness they deserved after paying premiums for decades and finally needing to file a claim.
That realization led to the creation of Smart Choice Public Adjuster LLC. Our mission is to stand exclusively on the side of the policyholder and to ensure that every claim is handled with integrity, diligence, and the policyholder’s best interests at the forefront.
At Smart Choice Public Adjuster LLC, we provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and professional claim management from start to finish. Our goal is to give policyholders peace of mind, knowing their claim is being properly evaluated, accurately presented, and aggressively advocated for to achieve a fair and complete resolution.
What does Smart Choice Public Adjuster LLC do in case of a Loss?
Our first priority is your safety and the safety of your family. Immediately following a loss, we assess whether your home is safe and habitable. If the property is not habitable, we work directly with the insurance company to arrange temporary living accommodations such as a hotel or a residence of your choice, subject to the limits and terms of your policy, until the home becomes habitable.
Once immediate needs are addressed, we coordinate with your chosen contractor or with one of our preferred and vetted contractors to begin the inspection and documentation process. Temporary or emergency repairs are arranged when necessary to prevent further damage to the property.
Smart Choice Public Adjuster LLC is able, in most cases, to work on a no win no fee basis.
